Goings On Around the Clubhouse
Winter is in full-swing with all its icy fury at the Kempton Clubhouse. There are snowdrifts throughout the town and surrounding fields. The winter rains have come to Arizona and the clubhouse has the fireplace going to take away the evening chill. We wish everyone a Happy New Year from both clubhouses!
I traveled around Micronesia, Hawaii, Colombia and Peru for the Ancient Aliens show on the History Channel in 2019. Jennifer and I met up with old friend Hugh Newman from Megalithomania (who was also featured in the episode) while in Peru, and a few weeks later flew to Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii for a shoot in some lava tubes and other areas of the island. We learned some interesting things—see the Menehune article in the most recent issue. Later we went back to Hawaii, this time to Oahu where we met up with Giorgio Tsoukalos, and then flew to Micronesia. It was all great fun so keep your eyes peeled for these scenes in upcoming episodes of the popular show.
I had a great time at the AlienCon in Dallas in early October. Giorgio Tsoukalos was there as well as old friends Hugh Newman of Megalithomania and fellow author Mike Bara. Check out future conferences at: http://www.thealiencon.com. I spoke the next weekend at the A.R.E.’s October Ancent Mysteries conference where old friends Robert Shoch and Andrew Collins also spoke.
I was also at the Awakening UFO and Consciousness Expo in Manchester, England held on July 19 and 20. Mike Bara, Richard Dolan, Linda Moulton Howe and others were there as well. Check out the next conference at: https://awakeningufo.com. Hugh Newman picked us up from the conference and took us to the Isle of Man where we stayed with mutual friends and had an insider’s tour of the many ancient stone structures there.
My next speaking engagement will be at the Orlando, Florida UFO-Con on April 11-12, 2020. Old friends William Henry, Nick Pope, Stephen Bassett and others will be there as well. It should be an epic weekend! Check it out at: https://www.theufocon.com/tickets
We are on our way to megalithic Mexico and the Zapotec cities of Oaxaca on January 25. This trip is already full. Check out future trips at the events pages.
Look out! #HistoryCon dropping in on us. @HISTORY is announcing an exciting, 3-day event: HISTORYCon! April 3-5, 2020 at the Pasadena Convention Center. Buy tickets now! I will be there with Jennifer and Giorgio and I hope to see you there!
After discussing the Antarctica trip with Mike Migliore of Holiday Maker Travel, the agency running the WEX Club cruises, we have decided to reschedule the cruise to Antarctica for December of 2020. Mike tells me that Hurtigruten Cruises has a brand new expedition ship for Antarctica and we can be one of the first groups to use this ship. Good friend Giorgio Tsoukalos he has agreed to participate in our 11-day expedition and the whole group will fly to Buenos Aires, Argentina and then fly to Ushuaia in Tierra del Fuego, the southernmost city in the world.
From there we will embark on a double-hulled exploration ship and spend five full days in Antarctica with lots of shore excursions. All excursions, meals and drinks are included in the package. Lots of special presentations will be given by me, Giorgio and others on this cruise. Contact Mike for questions on the ship at the wexclubcruises website. Participants need to sign up early to confirm our space on the ship and receive substantial discounts, so if you are interested, we need you to commit in the next few months! This has been the snag in the works with us scheduling the trip in the past—the cruise ship cancels our hold on rooms pretty early.
We are also looking into a shorter, cheaper cruise out of Seattle to Glacier Bay and the Alaskan Coast. Let us know if you are interested in that cruise as well. Check out the Antarctic Cruise on the web pages at: www.wexclubcruises.com
My latest book, Obelisks: Towers of Power, was released a few months ago. It covers the history and mystery of obelisks and how they may have been giant crystal towers used for a worldwide Tesla power system.
